I run a full service electrical contracting company, servicing Otis, Tolland, Becket, Blandford, Sandisfield, Monterey, and surrounding towns.  I am dedicated to giving all of my customers top quality work, with exceptional personal communication.  When you call my office, you WILL be called back in a timely manner.  All messages left at the office are e-mailed to my BlackBerry as a .wav file and are reviewed within minutes so long as I have either cellular or Wi-Fi service, and emergency calls will be returned promptly.  Normal business calls will be returned on or before the next business day.  I have flexible hours to suit YOUR NEEDS!  Our normal (2 man crew) working hours are from 7AM-5PM (10 hour days) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, but I am also available on Saturdays for those who may not be able to schedule to have the work done during the week.  We have found that working a 40 hour week in 4 days is more time and cost efficient.   I will not work on Sundays unless it is an emergency such as loss of power, fire or shock hazard, loss of water, or some other urgent matter.

Company History:

I, Titus Logsdon, began working in the electrical field in 1998, got my license in 2003 (at which point I began doing side work on evenings and weekends), and started this company full time in the spring of 2006. I began employing Brett Bessey as my apprentice in the spring of 2007; he worked full time through the summer, part time during his senior year of schooling, and has been working full time with me since his graduation in the spring of 2008.

Our Rates

We keep a very well stocked truck so that we almost never need to leave a job once there, saving you money over another electrician that would charge you to drive around for supplies. We also have spent a lot of money on many time saving tools that most other electricians do not have, saving us time which in turn saves you money.

Regular Rate:

• $65/hr. per licensed electrician
• $35/hr. per electrician’s apprentice

After hours:

• $100/hr. per licensed electrician
• $50/hr. per electrician’s apprentice

Sundays:

• $130/hr. per licensed electrician
• $70/hr. per electrician’s apprentice

We do charge the same rate for travel time to and from our shop which is located on Rt. 23 in East Otis.
